  1. Oil: 1 cup
  2. Cumin seeds: 1 tablespoon
  3. Onions: 2 large
  4. Ginger garlic paste: 1 tablespoon
  5. Salt: 1 tablespoon
  6. Red chilli: 1 tablespoon
  7. Turmeric: 1 tablespoon
  8. Garam masala: 1 tablespoon
  9. Kaleji: 1kg

Steps to follow:

  • In a pan take oil and add chopped onions.
  • Add all the dried ingredients.
  • Then add kaleji to it and cook it.
  • Garnish with coriander and green chilli.

Serving:

Serve with chapati or naan.
