- Ingredients
- Potato: 3 large
- Red chilli: ½ teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Chaat masala: 1 teaspoon
- Oil: ( qty not mentioned)
Steps to follow
- Take potatoes and peel them off
- Cut them into medium-sized cubes
- Take water in a pan and salt to taste in it
- Then add potato cubes to it
- Boil for 2-3 minutes
- Then take these half-boiled potatoes and fry them on high flame for 2-3 minutes
- Then mix the spices mentioned above; salt, red chilli powder, and chaat masala.
- Sprinkle the spice mix on the fried potatoes
