- Potatoes: 2
- Tomatoes: 2
- Onions: 2
- Red chilli: 1 tablespoon
- Salt: ½ teaspoon
- Turmeric: ½ teaspoon
Steps to follow:
- Take oil in a pan and add finely cut onions, tomatoes, and potatoes to it
- Then add dry spices to it and cook it on medium flame
- Once they are soft add eggs on the top and green chilli as well
- Then simmer it for 5 minutes.

Serve with chapati.
