For the marination of chicken:
- Yoghourt: 1 cup
- Tandoori masala: 2 tablespoon
- Soy sauce: 2 tablespoon
- Garlic paste: 2 tablespoon
- Black pepper: ½ teaspoon
- Salt: 1 teaspoon
- Lemon juice: 2 tablespoon
- Oil: ½ cup
- Onions: 1
- Chicken: Half Kg
For vegetables:
- Carrots: 1 cup
- Capsicum: 1 cup
- Cabbage: 2 cups
- Soy sauce: 4 tablespoons
- Black pepper: 1 teaspoon
For sauce:
- Mayonnaise: 1 cup
- Vinegar: 2 tablespoon
- Ketchup: 2 tablespoon
- Hot sauce: 1 tablespoon
- Black pepper: 1 tablespoon
Steps to follow:
Step 1: chicken marination and cooking
- In a bowl take yoghourt and add all the dry spices to it.
- Then add chicken and marinate it
- Then in a pan add oil and fry the onions to it
- Then add chicken to it and cook it for 15 minutes
- Give it to smoke and cook for a few more minutes.
Step 2:
- Take oil in a pan and add oil to it.
- Fry some onions in it and then add carrots, capsicum and cabbage to it.
- Then cook for 5 minutes.
- Step 3 sauce preparation:
- In a bowl take mayonnaise and add vinegar, ketchup, hot sauce and black pepper to it.
