- Chicken boneless Half kg
- Charsi tikka masala 3 tablespoons
- Lemon juice 2 tablespoons
- Yogurt 3 tablespoons
- Ginger garlic paste 2tablespoons
- vinegar 2 tablespoons
Steps to follow:
- Take Half boneless chicken add charsi tikka masala ,lemon juice ,ginger garlic paste,vinegar, yogurt mix well and marinate chicken for half and hour
- Take bamboo sticks add chicken pieces into it fry on stove until cook
- Delicious charsi chicken tikka is ready to serve
