- Ingredients
- Water: ½ glass
- Dates: 1 cup
- All-purpose flour: 1 cup
- Sugar: ½ cup
- Butter: ½ cup
- Baking powder: 1teaspoon
- Baking soda: ½ teaspoon
Steps to follow:
- Put half a glass of water and a cup of dates in a pan and cook for 5 minutes on low heat.
- When the water dries up and the dates become soft, take them off the stove and let them cool down.
- Now add flour, sugar, baking powder, butter, baking soda and prepared dates in a bowl and mix them.
