Deliciuous daal masoor (red lentils) main
  1. Red lentils 1 cup
  2. Split chickpea lentils 1 cup
  3. Salt 1 tablespoon 
  4. Red chilli powder 1 tablespoon 
  5. Chilli flakes 1 tablespoon 
  6. Dry coriander powder half tablespoon 
  7. Turmeric half tablespoon 
  8. Oil half cup
  9. Onion 1
  10. Ginger
  11. Garlic

Method:

  • Add all the ingredients in pressure cooker for 10 minutes

In a separate pan add butter heat it add garlic cook until golden spread it on dal 

Garnish with cream and serve.
