- Ingredients
- Oil: 1 cup
- Cumin seeds: 1 tablespoon
- Onions: 2 large
- Ginger garlic paste: 1 tablespoon
- Salt: 1 tablespoon
- Red chilli: 1 tablespoon
- Turmeric: 1 tablespoon
- Garam masala: 1 tablespoon
- Kaleji: 1kg
Steps to follow:
- In a pan take oil and add chopped onions.
- Add all the dried ingredients.
- Then add kaleji to it and cook it.
- Garnish with coriander and green chilli.
