- Ingredients
- Peas
- Cauliflower
- Carrots
- Oil: 1 cup
- Onions
- Cumin seed: 1 tablespoon
- Salt: 2 tablespoons
- Green chilli: 4-6
- Cinnamon sticks
- Clove
- Yogurt: ½ cup
- Black cardamom
- Stock: 2 glass
Steps to follow:
- In a bad take some oil and fry all the vegetables.
- Now take out the vegetables and in the same oil at sliced onions and fry it until golden brown.
- Then add spices to it and fried vegetables.
- Now add yoghourt to it and mix it well.
- Then add stocks and 2 class of water.
- Now cook at the water drives up and then simmer for sometime.
Serving:
Serve it with raita.
