- Ingredients
- Desi ghee: 1 kg
- Sugar: 2kg
- Green lentils: 750 g
- Almonds: 1kg
- Coconut: 1kg
- Soond: 125g
- Kamarkas: 60 grams
- Phool makhana: 125 grams
- 4 goond: 125 grams
Steps to follow:
- Roast the green lentils for 5 minutes.
- Then grind it well.
- Fry all the ingredients in desi ghee and grind them well.
- Cook this powdered daal in desi ghee.
- Now add all other ingredients and cook for 5 minutes.
- Panjiri is ready to eat.
